A visit to our winery is an opportunity to discover our wines where they are made, surrounded by the cellars, stone, and landscape that give them their character.
We were among the first wineries on the Pelješac Peninsula to welcome visitors, nearly thirty years ago, when the region's wine scene was only beginning to evolve into what it is today. That tradition of welcoming guests remains at the heart of what we do.
The visit begins with a tour of the winery, from the original family cellar to the new cellar built into the rock, accompanied by an introduction to our vineyards, our philosophy, and our approach to winemaking.
This is followed by a guided tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil in the tasting room overlooking the Pelješac landscape.
The atmosphere is both lively and intimate. Guests enjoy the wines in the place where they are made, while sharing conversations about the vineyards, the harvest, and the patience required for a wine to find its balance.
Our wines come from our own organically farmed vineyards, cultivated entirely by hand. They are crafted through spontaneous fermentation with minimal intervention and aged for many years in large Slavonian oak barrels. Some of our wines are released only after nearly a decade of maturation.
Our tasting experience reveals the many expressions of the same terroir: a complex white wine made from the native Rukatac grape, a fresh and gastronomic rosé, serious Plavac Mali reds with outstanding ageing potential, a dessert wine produced from grapes naturally dried on the vine, and our extra virgin olive oil.
Our tasting experiences are available in several options. Each successive option offers a broader selection of wines, including older vintages and library releases, providing a deeper insight into our philosophy and winemaking style.
The guided tour and tasting last approximately one to one and a half hours. Afterwards, guests are welcome to stay in our tasting room and continue enjoying the wines at their own pace in a relaxed atmosphere.
Tastings are conducted in either Croatian or English.
We are happy to welcome walk-in guests whenever availability allows. However, to ensure we can accommodate you, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Our wines reflect the place, the grape variety, and the time in which they are made. They develop slowly, through a natural approach and years of ageing.
A visit to the winery includes a guided tour of the cellar and an introduction to our approach to winemaking. This is followed by a tasting of our wines and olive oil in the very setting where they are created, overlooking the Pelješac landscape.
Our approach is rooted in respect for the vineyard and the natural course of winemaking. We believe that the character of each wine is shaped in the vine and the soil from which it comes.
Welcome to Miloš Winery.
