Natural wines of distinctive character and long ageing potential | Our wines are made from grapes grown in our own organically farmed vineyards, cultivated entirely by hand on the steep slopes of Pelješac. They are shaped by a classic approach to winemaking, with spontaneous fermentation and extended ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels, allowing the wine’s original character to develop without pronounced oak influence.

Our red wines, made from the native Plavac Mali grape variety, in their youth display deep red-violet hues with blue granite reflections, gradually evolving with age into ruby tones with lighter, brick-coloured edges. Their character is shaped by ripe dark fruit, subtle herbal notes, and the pronounced minerality of sun-warmed stone. Structured and enduring, they finish long and composed, gaining ever greater complexity over time.

Our white wine, made from the local Rukatac variety grown on higher vineyard sites, in its youth shows golden-yellow hues with delicate green reflections, which with maturation evolve into deeper amber tones. It is defined by a serious and layered character, rich structure and extract, while preserving freshness and elegance. With time, it gains additional roundness and depth, confirming the variety’s potential for long development in bottle.

What unites all of our wines is a natural approach to winemaking, a strong connection to the land they come from, and the ability to evolve beautifully in bottle over time.

Our wines

Our wines reflect the place, the grape variety, and the time in which they are made. They develop slowly, through a natural approach and years of ageing.

Visit us

A visit to the winery includes a guided tour of the cellar and an introduction to our approach to winemaking. This is followed by a tasting of our wines and olive oil in the very setting where they are created, overlooking the Pelješac landscape.

Philosophy

Our approach is rooted in respect for the vineyard and the natural course of winemaking. We believe that the character of each wine is shaped in the vine and the soil from which it comes.
