General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.milos.hr and the online booking of visits and tastings. By making a booking, the user confirms that they have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Business Information

In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Miloš Winery” refers to the business entity VINIFERA, zajednički obrt za vinarstvo, owned by Frano Miloš, Ivan Miloš and Josip Miloš.

2. Use of the Website

The content of the website is intended to provide information about Miloš Winery, its products, visits and related services. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction or commercial use of the website content is not permitted.

3. Online Bookings for Visits and Tastings

An online booking reserves a time slot for the visit. The tasting programme is selected upon arrival, with recommendations from our staff.

A booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit of €24 per person participating in the tasting, or €15 per person for a tour without wine consumption. The deposit is credited in full towards the final bill. Children under 10 years of age do not pay a deposit.

Bookings may be cancelled or changed free of charge no later than 48 hours before the reserved time. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, Miloš Winery retains the deposit paid. If Miloš Winery cancels the booking, the guest will be offered a new time slot or a full refund of the deposit.

The online system accepts bookings for a maximum of 12 people. For larger groups, Miloš Winery must be contacted in advance at info@milos.hr.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, to the extent that such exclusion is permitted by applicable law. The above 48-hour cancellation conditions apply to bookings.

4. Written Consumer Complaints

A written complaint may be submitted by e-mail to info@milos.hr or by post to VINIFERA, Boljenovići 15, 20230 Ston, Croatia.

To facilitate faster handling of a complaint, it is advisable to provide the guest’s full name, contact details, booking information and a description of the reason for the complaint. We will respond in writing to a duly received written complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt, clearly stating whether we consider the complaint justified.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data are processed for the purposes of handling bookings, payments related to bookings, communication with users and compliance with legal obligations. Further information on the categories of data, legal bases, retention periods and data subject rights is available in the Privacy Policy on the website.

6. Intellectual Property

Texts, photographs, trademarks, product names, graphic designs and other content on the website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Their use without prior authorization is not permitted, except to the extent allowed by law.

7. Governing Law and Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Miloš Winery may amend these Terms and Conditions in order to comply with legislation or changes in its business operations. Each booking is subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time it is confirmed.
