Sage (Salvia officinalis), heather (Calluna vulgaris), and mountain germander (Teucrium montanum) are grown on the sun-drenched, hand-built terraces of the Pelješac Peninsula, close to our vineyards.
These native herbs originate from the natural Mediterranean maquis of Pelješac and are cultivated using organic farming practices. The abundant sunshine and dry climate allow them to develop their full aromatic intensity and distinctive character.
The teas are characterised by pronounced herbal aromas, exceptional purity, and a long, persistent flavour. These premium herbal teas are distinguished by their complexity and structure, making them a natural companion to wine, particularly Plavac Mali.

Our wines reflect the place, the grape variety, and the time in which they are made. They develop slowly, through a natural approach and years of ageing.
A visit to the winery includes a guided tour of the cellar and an introduction to our approach to winemaking. This is followed by a tasting of our wines and olive oil in the very setting where they are created, overlooking the Pelješac landscape.
Our approach is rooted in respect for the vineyard and the natural course of winemaking. We believe that the character of each wine is shaped in the vine and the soil from which it comes.
