Wine Maturation title

We apply classical technology of maturation and final forming of the wine. Wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels. We never use new barrels for wine aging; we do not want fresh oak to influence the wine. With classical technology we achieve an oxidative fermentation of wine, which means that the barrel allows only the needed amount of oxygen to come in. In that way wine develops in the best way. Therefore, all the new barrels are incorporated gradually. By applying classical technology of maturation and final forming of the wine we create a unique feature of the particular vintage.

Our wine embodies our philosophy and our hard work in the vineyard and the cellar.
